Our fresh, seasonal menu utilises the very best of Scotland’s larder cooked and served in a Mediterranean style: Small Plates with a communal dining experience. We have built up a fantastic relationship with artisan producers and trusted suppliers who ensure we receive the finest ingredients available in the country.

The menu is ever-evolving and based around 5 main sections: Staples, Fields & Gardens, Rivers & Seas, Farms & Pastures and Sweetness. These 5 sections flow with the seasons. We use some of the finest small artisan producers around Scotland, from individual cheese-making farms, a smokehouse in the Hebrides, some line-caught fish, a mushroom farm, charcuterie and the best poultry and meats from the pastures in the heart of Perthshire and the Scottish Borders. Provenance is at the heart of our menus.

Wines are sourced from small growers around the Mediterranean, offering sumptuous White, Rosé and Red wines, all hand-selected to match the dishes that we serve. The majority of our superb wines are available by the glass. We have a list of purely Scottish craft beers, a large selection of spirits that are high-end and pre-dominantly Scottish sourced, a range of Scottish soft drinks and an incredibly rare whisky because we might as well have something unique.
