The menu below is for deliveries on Saturday 30th May. From June, we will be switching to Friday & Saturday deliveries. Menu will go live on Wednesday the 3rd.
All dishes are full-sized portions. This is a pre-made service of restaurant classics for the fridge & freezer. Minimum order is £50 for food and wine, excluding cheeses.
Email orders along with name, delivery address and contact number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We quite often sell out therefore please order as early as possible. We aim to get the deliveries out in the afternoon of your delivery day. This is a curbside drop off/collection and no-contact service, removing the need for direct contact for both parties.

Clava Brie A pasteurised brie made in Inverness-shire, Scotland. A soft and creamy cow’s milk cheese with a nice bite
Auld Reekie A two day curd cow’s milk hard cheese from Aberdeenshire, smoked over whisky barrel shavings. Named after Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh due to its smokey flavour. A fresh and mild taste with a nice crumbly texture
Isle of Mull Cheddar A lovely sharp and strong 18-month cheddar made on the Island of Mull. A classic cheddar with a great bite
Prima Donna Maturo A well-balanced gouda with a very sweet and nutty flavour. This hard cheese combines the sweetness of a gouda and the nuttiness of a Parmesan
Hebridean Blue Spicy, Salty and creamy. One of Scotland’s most iconic cheeses
Taleggio A semi-soft, washed-rind cheese with a slightly sweet, deep, nutty flavour and soft creamy texture. Taleggio is so versatile it is happy melted with pasta or potatoes, served with fruit for dessert and works well next to other cheeses on a cheese board

Located in Stockbridge, Edinburgh, Merienda serves Mediterranean inspired small plates of the finest artisan Scottish produce, featuring a Tasting Menu that you design. It’s an exquisite, casual fine dining experience with a difference.
Small Plate Dining at Merienda allows you the free rein to mix and choose the dishes from our vast offering, and create your own tasting menu. This allows you to experience a great variety of Scottish produce, flavours, colours and textures of seasonal ingredients in every dish we serve, all beautifully presented in a casual atmosphere.
We have served customers 12 plates between 2 people; some couples enjoy a degustation menu they have designed over several hours with 19 plates. We believe it’s more interesting to experience a plethora of exquisitely cooked, presented plates with flavours and visuals.

Our fresh, seasonal menu utilises the very best of Scotland’s larder cooked and served in a Mediterranean style: Small plates with a communal dining experience. We have built up a fantastic relationship with artisan producers and trusted suppliers who ensure we receive the finest ingredients available in the country.
The menu is ever evolving and based around 5 main sections: Staples, Fields & Gardens, Rivers & Seas, Farms & Pastures and Sweetness. These 5 sections flow with the seasons. We use some of the finest small artisan producers around Scotland, from individual cheese making farms, a smokehouse in the Hebrides, some line cut fish, a mushroom farm, charcuteries and the best poultry and meats. Provenance is at the heart of our menus.
Wines are sourced from small growers around the Mediterranean, offering sumptuous White, Rosé and Red wines, all hand selected to match the dishes that we serve. The majority of our superb wines are available by the glass. We have a list of purely Scottish craft beers, a large selection of spirits that are high-end and pre-dominantly Scottish sourced, a range of Scottish soft drinks and an incredibly rare whisky because we might as well have something unique.
We can email, post or arrange a gift voucher for collection from the restaurant. These are available in £50, £100 or £200 denominations. Validity is 6 months from the date of purchase. For gift vouchers ordered via email or post, these can be customised according to your needs, for example, adding a name or greeting. To order a gift voucher, please get in touch via email. Please allow 3 working days for the processing of the voucher.
Merienda is the perfect size for a small gathering with exclusive use. We offer a fantastic private dining experience featuring imaginative, exciting menus for you and your guests to enjoy. We have hosted canapé parties, weddings, special birthdays, private business lunches, Christmas events and more. Menus range from a 10-course offering of sumptuous small plates, 3-course Christmas lunches to canapé and cocktail events. Corporate and private bookings welcome.
